Projects \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Database Administrator \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Warehouse Officer x 2 \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Technical Buyer \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Intern: Human Resources x 3 \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Senior Procurement Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Overall Job Purpose:<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner\/Collaborate with business to develop and implement the Human Resources agenda that enables business objectives and goals.<\/p>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage and partner with business to understand their needs to develop and implement integrated tactical and operational people plans and Human Resources (HR) solutions in response to business and people challenges.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with business to develop and implement initiatives aimed at optimising and managing organisational design, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and retention.<br \/>\n\tDrive the implementation and adoption of various HR practices and processes using various tools such as facilitating sessions to educate employees and line managers on these practices.<br \/>\n\tPromote efforts to measure employee satisfaction and climate and facilitate action planning to improve employee engagement and overall workplace culture.<br \/>\n\tAdvise, coach and support managers on the wide range of staff leadership activities, ranging from the design, implementation and leadership of change programmes.<br \/>\n\tImplement leadership development initiatives, to empower and enable leaders across business and actively management of leadership development programmes.<br \/>\n\tIdentify training and development initiatives to address any learning or development challenges in line with business needs.<br \/>\n\tGuide and provide input on business unit restructures, organisational design elements and manage the organisational change.<br \/>\n\tProvide leadership, consultation and advice to business in the areas of workforce planning, talent management, on-boarding and performance management to align the needs of the business to the workforce.<br \/>\n\tUtilise trends and metrics to develop, optimise and implement HR solutions that address key business challenges and drive business objectives.<br \/>\n\tKeep abreast of industry trends and best practice to optimise service offering, ensure compliance and mitigate risk.<br \/>\n\tProvide career development feedback to employees after the recruitment process or for development initiatives.<br \/>\n\tSupervise staff<\/p>\n<p>KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES<\/p>\n<p>\tBusiness Acumen<br \/>\n\tDrive for Results<br \/>\n\tLeads Change and Innovation<br \/>\n\tMotivating and Inspiring Team<br \/>\n\tImpact and Influence<br \/>\n\tCollaboration<br \/>\n\tSelf-Awareness and Insight<br \/>\n\tDiversity and Inclusiveness<br \/>\n\tGrowing Talent<\/p>\n<p>EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12;
