Purpose of the Role<\/p>\n
\tThis role is responsible for managing the regional aftersales function in terms of profitability, productivity, and efficiency. Warranty performance and all technical support and training<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tAchievement of service revenue and profitability targets, GP and operating profit for entire region service operations in Southern Africa
\n\tAchievement of operational KPIs and resource and people management
\n\tEffective relationship building with external and internal customers and principles
\n\tAchievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability
\n\tManage, lead, measure and grow Area Service Managers
\n\tMonitor and control all costs to maintain contract fleet
\n\tControl WIP and NPL
\n\tManage vehicle fleet and control STR maintenance costs
\n\tGrow customers turnovers
\n\tMaintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
\n\tAchieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
\n\tEffective self-management and performance ownership
\n\tAdherence to any reasonable instruction<\/p>\n
Qualification, Experience and Competencies<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification<\/p>\n
\tDiesel mechanic<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\t5-8 years in supervisory role
\n\tStrategies and operational implementation
\n\tSound knowledge of Forklift industry an advantage
\n\tExposure to business planning and budgeting
\n\tExposure and experience dealing with blue chip companies<\/p>\n
