RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tProvides excellent, professional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
\n\tAssists customers with purchases by advising or sourcing relevant advice from horticultural personnel.
\n\tLoads customers trolleys with their purchase and guides them to the till points and assist the cashier with capturing the correct code\/price of products.
\n\tAfter payment, carefully loads purchases into the customers vehicle, ensuring that all trolleys are returned to the trolley areas as per seasonal operational requirements.
\n\tUpsell and cross-sell to customers and informs them about promotions in order to maximise sales.
\n\tResponsible for maintenance of a demarcated area of the Nursery in a clean and tidy condition at all times
\n\tMaintains all plants in the demarcated area in a clean, healthy, and saleable condition.
\n\tBrings all poor-quality plants to the attention of the Nursery Sales Supervisor \/ Horticulturist.
\n\tAssists with the correct labelling of plants and packs them in their correct sales areas.
\n\tPrepares areas for new stock.
\n\tEnsures that sales areas are always kept neat and tidy and plants are effectively displayed.
\n\tAssists with annual stock take.
\n\tMaintain and upgrade display \/ area behind Information
\n\tAssist with Specials<\/p>\n
