\tDermalogica is recruiting a driven, organized and experienced Store Manager to drive sales and business objectives, lead an effective store team and to be a brand ambassador in our Sandton Dermalogica Store.<\/p>\n
High level responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tDrive store sales performance and treatment revenue targets.
\n\tDeliver excellent customer experience and brand execution.\u00a0
\n\tManage store operations and compliance including POS management and rostering, daily store operations.
\n\tStock and Inventory management – Ensure inventory is controlled, optimised and merchandised correctly.
\n\tTeam leadership & performance management – support recruitment, coach and manage an effective team
\n\tPlan & execute events, promotions and local marketing
\n\tFinancial & Cost Management – Manage costs, drive profitability\u00a0
\n\tReporting – Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports\u00a0<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t2 year Skin Care diploma preferred
\n\t2 years’ experience in a retail management or supervisory role
\n\tPrevious experience with professional sin care brand
\n\tDermalogica experience advantageous
\n\tMicrosoft Office proficient
\n\tExperience using POS system<\/p>\n
