Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tVerify and validate supplier invoices to ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements
\n\tAccurately capture and allocate invoices against purchase orders and goods received, in line with internal controls
\n\tReview and manage GRIR balances, ensuring aged or unmatched items are investigated and cleared timeously
\n\tPerform monthly supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies ahead of payment cycles
\n\tLiaise with suppliers to obtain outstanding documentation and address account queries efficiently
\n\tMaintain organised and up-to-date records for all accounts payable documentation and transactions
\n\tAssist with general ledger reconciliations and provide supporting documentation where required
\n\tMonitor payment timelines to ensure adherence to agreed supplier terms
\n\tAdminister petty cash processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certificate (Mathematics and\/or Accounting preferred)
\n\tBookkeeping diploma or equivalent advantageous
\n\tSAP experience essential
\n\tStrong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
\n\tProven administrative track record
\n\tMS Excel proficiency
\n\tStrong numeric ability
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n
Remuneration<\/p>\n
\tFrom R22,000 – 30,000 CTC monthly<\/p>\n
