We are seeking a hands-on SAP Warehouse & Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (SME) tsupport a major warehouse optimisation and process reengineering initiative within a high-volume telecommunications environment.
\n\tThe successful candidate will play a key role in stabilising, redesigning, and optimising warehouse operations, with a strong focus on leveraging SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and related warehouse functionality.
\n\tThis role requires a practical operator whcan work closely with warehouse teams, translate SAP capability intreal operational improvement, and drive sustainable process discipline.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Warehouse Assessment & Stabilisation<\/p>\n
\tConduct a detailed assessment of existing warehouse operations
\n\tReview end-to-end processes including:
\n\tReceiving and put-away
\n\tStorage and inventory control
\n\tPicking, packing, and dispatch
\n\tInter-warehouse transfers
\n\tEvaluate current SAP usage vs best practice
\n\tIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control risks
\n\tDeliver a structured assessment and improvement roadmap<\/p>\n
Process Reengineering & Optimisation<\/p>\n
\tRedesign warehouse processes aligned to:
\n\tSAP MM standard functionality
\n\tIndustry-leading warehouse best practices
\n\tImprove:
\n\tStock accuracy and visibility
\n\tWarehouse transfer processes
\n\tOperational efficiency and control discipline
\n\tEnsure minimal customisation by leveraging SAP standard capabilities
\n\tSupport both central and regional warehouse environments<\/p>\n
Implementation & Training<\/p>\n
\tSupport implementation of redesigned processes
\n\tDevelop and deliver end-user SAP training
\n\tDrive adoption and behavioural change across warehouse teams
\n\tStrengthen stock accountability and operational discipline
\n\tEnsure sustainable usage of SAP in daily operations<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Experience<\/p>\n
\tSAP Expertise
\n\tStrong hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) (essential)
\n\tExposure tSAP WM \/ EWM (advantageous)
\n\tProven ability toperate SAP in live warehouse environments
\n\tWarehouse & Supply Chain Experience
\n\tSolid background in warehouse operations management
\n\tExperience in multi-site \/ high-volume warehouse environments<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of:<\/p>\n
\tInventory and stock control principles
\n\tWarehouse workflows and logistics processes
\n\tSupply Chain or Logistics qualification (advantageous)
\n\tFunctional Expertise
\n\tBusiness process analysis and optimisation

\n\tAbility twork effectively on the warehouse floor<\/p>\n
