Roles & Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOperating of FFE, Settling plant, Effluent plant and blend plant which include start up and shut down of these processes.
\n\tMakes optimisation suggestions to superior.
\n\tCompletes structured rounds log sheets: plant and inspection.
\n\tInterprets trends and trend changes that require superior notification.
\n\tManages tank levels: Feed \/ intermediate \/ product \/ blends.
\n\tAdheres to the Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
\n\tDaily Tank dips, sampling, and month end stock take.
\n\tTrained and able to operate forklift.
\n\tLoading and off-loading of trucks: Weighbridge operation.
\n\tStart up, monitoring and shut down of boiler.
\n\tPerform VOC measurement of scrubber stacks. \u00a0
\n\tPlant isolations for maintenance.
\n\tPrepares equipment for maintenance.
\n\tLines up and starts up equipment\/plant after maintenance.
\n\tReports abnormalities and failures of plant equipment.
\n\tParticipates in MOC, RCA, lean and RCM exercises when required.
\n\tMaintains good housekeeping practices.
\n\tAdheres and participates in various SHE activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tEssential:\u00a0 Diploma (Chemical Engineering)
\n\t\u00a06 months\u00a0post-graduation experience in a manufacturing environment.
\n\tPreferable: B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) or studying towards B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
\n\t12 months chemical processing plant experience.<\/p>\n
