Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOversee the management of all vehicle inventory at the VW Sandton dealership
\n\tEnsure accurate tracking and recording of all vehicles in stock
\n\tMonitor and maintain optimal levels of vehicle stock to meet customer demand
\n\tCoordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers
\n\tConduct regular audits of vehicle stock to identify any discrepancies or issues
\n\tSupervise a team of stock controllers and provide training and guidance as needed
\n\tImplement and maintain efficient stock management processes and systems
\n\tCommunicate with manufacturer representatives regarding vehicle orders and deliveries
\n\tAnalyze stock data and provide regular reports to management on inventory levels and trends
\n\tEnsure compliance with all dealership and manufacturer guidelines related to vehicle stock management<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in vehicle stock management or a similar role at a dealership
\n\tStrong organizational and leadership skills
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
\n\tKnowledge of vehicle makes and models, especially VW vehicles, is preferred
\n\tFamiliarity with dealership operations and inventory management software
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
\n\tWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed<\/p>\n
