Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Account Function<\/p>\n
\tMaintenance of General Ledger including preparation of journals.
\n\tPreparation of reconciliations for Trade & Other Payables, and Trade & Other Receivables, and other balance sheet accounts
\n\tMaintenance of Fixed Asset register, including preparation of journals.
\n\tPreparation of components\/inputs for interim and annual group reporting pack for review by Management Accountant\/ Finance Manager.
\n\tPreparation of annual departmental budgets and quarterly forecasts for review by Management Accountant\/ Finance Manager.
\n\tCommission preparation and Revenue reconciliation between MM & ECR
\n\tMatrix between intercompany
\n\tAd hoc financial reporting requests and tasks as required.<\/p>\n
Payroll Processing:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain updating of payroll file and supporting documentation inputs for monthly submission.<\/p>\n
Internal Controls, Risk Management & Compliance:<\/p>\n
\tImplementation of procuring to pay management practices.
\n\tPreparation of VAT recons
\n\tContribute to compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
\n\tInput into B-BBEE compliance schedules and supporting documentation maintenance ( Enterprise and supplier development)
\n\tInput to submissions to ICASA, SAMRO, SAMPRA, BRC and other similar industry
\n\tManagement of credit card expenditure<\/p>\n
Requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 year tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Finance, Accounting or related field.
\n\tMinimum 3 years work experience in a similar role<\/p>\n
