About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused\u00a0Warehouse Coordinator\u00a0to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders end-to-end, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient flow of goods and information between Sales, Production, and Warehouse operations.
\n\tYou will act as the key communication link between customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Customer Service & Communication<\/p>\n
\tServe as the primary point of contact for customer order queries and updates
\n\tManage customer expectations and resolve complaints professionally
\n\tBuild and maintain strong customer relationships<\/p>\n
Order Coordination & Sales Liaison<\/p>\n
\tReview and process customer orders for accuracy and completeness
\n\tLiaise with Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure alignment
\n\tEnsure smooth order flow from receipt to dispatch<\/p>\n
Warehouse Coordination<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch processes
\n\tSupport inventory accuracy through stock movements and cycle counts
\n\tIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements<\/p>\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Logistics to coordinate deliveries
\n\tEnsure orders are completed and ready for invoicing
\n\tMaintain clear communication across all departments<\/p>\n
Reporting & Administration<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate records of orders and deliveries
\n\tPrepare reports on order status and operational performance
\n\tTrack recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) \u2013\u00a0Essential\u00a0
\n\tDiploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration \u2013\u00a0Advantageous
\n\tDegree or Advanced Diploma \u2013\u00a0Preferred<\/p>\n
Experience & Skills:<\/p>\n
\t1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in a similar role
\n\tExperience working in warehouse (advantageous)\u00a0
\n\tStrong planning and organisational skills
\n\tHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail
\n\tAbility to perform under pressure
\n\tGood interpersonal and communication skills
\n\tCustomer service orientation<\/p>\n
