\tWe are seeking an experienced and driven HR Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for the full HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HR administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a professional, productive, and positive work environment aligned with business objectives.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
HR Administration<\/p>\n
\tManage appointments, terminations, exit interviews, and all related documentation
\n\tCoordinate and present the HR onboarding programme
\n\tMaintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with legislation
\n\tProvide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
\n\tMaintain and update organisational structures and organograms
\n\tCompile and submit statutory reports in line with South African legislation<\/p>\n
Employee Relations<\/p>\n
\tAdvise managers on disciplinary processes, grievances, and incapacity matters
\n\tEnsure compliance with labour legislation and best practice
\n\tRepresent the organisation at the CCMA
\n\tCoordinate employee wellness initiatives
\n\t\u00a0
\n\tRecruitment & Talent Management
\n\tManage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
\n\tConduct interviews and make hiring recommendations
\n\tOversee probation reviews and performance management processes
\n\tDrive succession planning and employment equity initiatives
\n\tSupport change management projects aligned to business goals<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)
\n\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification
\n\tMinimum 7 years\u2019 experience in an HR Generalist or HR Management role
\n\tStrong knowledge of South African labour legislation
\n\tExperience representing an employer at CCMA
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n
