Job Description<\/p>\n
\tAn exciting opportunity is available for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Executive to join a dynamic Commercial Team. This role is responsible for managing customer processes, export documentation, and shipment coordination for the Far East region, ensuring seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and manage customer master data, external portals, and purchase order processes
\n\tCoordinate customer requirements, including label requests and alignment with internal stakeholders
\n\tReview, approve, and manage export documentation, including releases and amendments
\n\tProactively manage late, pending, and at-risk documentation, including follow-ups with freight forwarders and third parties
\n\tTrack and monitor shipments, including ETAs, gate-out dates, and container-level updates
\n\tProvide support with insurance claims and shipment-related queries
\n\tPrepare proforma invoices, track payments, and manage reconciliations, credit notes, and debit notes
\n\tOversee shipment closures, estimates, and financial summaries
\n\tMaintain and update control sheets, trackers, and internal reporting tools
\n\tCompile and distribute customer reports, including weekly statistics, quality reports, and ad hoc analysis
\n\tEnsure data accuracy through ongoing tracking, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
\n\tManage communication with customers, forwarding agents, and internal teams
\n\tCoordinate across commercial, logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure efficient execution
\n\tDeliver excellent customer service through responsive communication and proactive issue resolution
\n\tSupport customer and market development initiatives, focusing on key client relationships<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements & Skills:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in the fresh produce export industry is advantageous
\n\tIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
\n\tStrong command of business English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\tAbility to multitask and work effectively across different time zones and international stakeholders
\n\tStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
\n\tAble to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team<\/p>\n
