\tClover is looking for a Logistics Officer to join the Production Administrative team. The successful candidate will provide support in terms of publishing reports, preparing presentations, assisting with stock counts and overall Logistics support.<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent NQF4
\n\tBCom degree or equivalent will be advantageous
\n\tRelevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
\n\tAdvanced skills in systems and MS Office.
\n\tBusiness English: Fluent
\n\tComputer literacy (Intermediate)
\n\tCode 08 Driver’s license
\n\tTravel off-site\/ overnight stay

\tEnsure data\/transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Clover accounting system \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tAssist with ad-hoc tasks\/requests \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tCapture and ensure that transactions on LX systems take place\u00a0
\n\tAssist with daily and weekly reports populated in MS Excel, MS word and MS PowerPoint.
\n\tAssist with capacity and productivity report. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Monitor and control stock (Inbound and Outbound) \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMonitor, administer and coordinate all stock movements (receive, transfer, dispatch and administer stock on hand on Raw, Packaging as well as Finished Goods) \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tAdhere to stock functions in accordance with Clover processes and procedures \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tAssist with stock counts \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tMonitor the quality of receiving stock e.g. raw and packaging material according to relevant standards (e.g. expiry date in systems) \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tReport on all stock related issues<\/p>\n
