Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tThe\u00a0IAM Specialist\u00a0will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions across the enterprise. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems while supporting digital transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDesign and enforce role-based and attribute-based access control models.
\n\tManage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management across enterprise applications.
\n\tImplement segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance controls.
\n\tSupport single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) across systems.
\n\tConduct regular audits of user access and roles to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
\n\tCollaborate with audit, risk and governance teams to remediate findings.
\n\tProvide support for IAM-related incidents and requests.
\n\tDevelop and maintain documentation, including procedures, and training materials.
\n\tMonitor emerging IAM technologies and recommend enhancements.
\n\tDrive automation initiatives for identity lifecycle management.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBSc Honours in Information Technology or similar
\n\t5+ years of experience in IAM roles
\n\tStrong knowledge of IAM platforms
\n\tFamiliarity with compliance frameworks
\n\tHands-on experience with SSO, MFA<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills<\/p>\n
\tExperience with cloud IAM in hybrid environments
\n\tExperience with SAP S\/4HANA cloud, public edition advantageous
\n\tKnowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) controls and mitigation is highly relevant
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/p>\n
