Desired Experience and Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree (essential).
\n\tGrade 12 (Matric).
\n\tExperience in order processing, dispatch coordination, or logistics operations preferred.
\n\tComputer literacy (Microsoft Office and CRM\/ERP systems).
\n\tStrong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
\n\tAbility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
\n\tExperience in fuel, logistics, or petroleum industry will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\tReceive and process fuel orders via telephone and email.
\n\tCoordinate with dispatch teams to schedule and track deliveries.
\n\tManage customer enquiries regarding pricing, delivery times, and product information.
\n\tHandle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
\n\tMonitor emergency call-outs and site-related incidents where applicable.
\n\tAccurately update customer records, contracts, and CRM systems.
\n\tEnsure precise data capturing of all calls, orders, and service activities.
\n\tMaintain compliance with operational, safety, and environmental procedures.
\n\tSupport customer retention and identify upselling opportunities where appropriate.
\n\tLiaise with internal departments, supervisors, and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.<\/p>\n
