\tA dynamic FMCG and distribution-focused company is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative with strong external sales capability and the ability to manage and grow a diverse customer base across multiple retail segments.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage and maintain an existing customer base across the Western Cape region
\n\tConduct regular client visits (Monday\u2013Thursday) and build long-term customer relationships
\n\tDrive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
\n\tService a diverse client base ranging from high-end hospitality clients to informal retail (spaza shops)
\n\tPrepare and manage daily\/weekly sales administration and reporting (office-based Fridays)
\n\tIdentify new business opportunities within assigned territory as portfolio expands
\n\tEnsure consistent communication and service delivery to all allocated customers
\n\tAchieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth objectives
\n\tRepresent the company professionally during all client interactions and site visits<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in external\/outbound sales (FMCG, wholesale, or distribution preferred)
\n\tStrong customer relationship management and account management skills
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
\n\tWillingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape
\n\tStrong communication skills in English (Afrikaans and\/or Xhosa advantageous)
\n\tMature, self-managed, and target-driven individual
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage a geographic sales territory
\n\tExperience dealing with both high-end retail and informal market customers advantageous<\/p>\n
