About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe\u2019re hiring a Head of Client Delivery to own the full post-sales lifecycle \u2014 onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term client success.
\n\tThis is a senior, hands-on role where you\u2019ll lead client delivery, manage implementations, and ensure measurable outcomes using modern AI-driven and GTM systems.
\n\tIf you\u2019ve led client success, implementation, or solutions delivery in fast-moving environments, and can balance strategy with execution, this role is for you.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\nPost-Sales Delivery & Implementation<\/p>\n
\tOwn the end-to-end client delivery lifecycle from post-sale handoff through onboarding and adoption
\n\tEnsure clients achieve measurable outcomes and time-to-value
\n\tOversee multiple client implementations while maintaining quality and timelines<\/p>\n
Client Ownership & Accountability<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary owner for client success, satisfaction, and retention
\n\tServe as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
\n\tManage complex escalations and lead resolution strategies<\/p>\n
Technical & GTM Enablement<\/p>\n
\tPartner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on implementations and custom use cases
\n\tTranslate business goals into technical workflows and execution plans
\n\tEnsure GTM systems, automation, and integrations are optimized<\/p>\n
Process Building & Optimization<\/p>\n
\tBuild and refine client delivery processes, playbooks, and SOPs
\n\tIdentify risks early and proactively prevent delivery issues
\n\tHelp scale the Client Delivery and Success function<\/p>\n
Leadership & Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tAlign cross-functional teams across delivery, product, and go-to-market
\n\tContribute to long-term strategy for retention and expansion
\n\tDrive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and insights<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tSenior-level experience in Client Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or GTM roles
\n\tStrong understanding of GTM systems, automation workflows, and integrations
\n\tExperience working directly with clients in high-stakes, outcome-driven environments
\n\tStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n\tProven problem-solving and risk management capabilities
\n\tComfortable working remote during U.S. business hours<\/p>\n
Nice to Have<\/p>\n
\tExperience with AI tools and automation platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.)
\n\tExperience scaling client delivery or post-sales functions
\n\tExperience managing complex technical implementations and integrations
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field<\/p>\n
