Detailed description<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key functions:<\/p>\n
\tContribute to the formulation and implementation of the SARB learning and development strategy.
\n\tPartner with departments to identify and interpret their skills needs.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop learning plans and learning journeys for client departments.
\n\tConduct research, design and develop relevant and fit-for-purpose learning interventions to address identified needs.
\n\tManage leadership development programmes to develop leading the SARB Way competencies.
\n\tManage the implementation of the coaching and mentoring framework.
\n\tManage and coordinate personal and team effectiveness interventions.
\n\tApply relevant digital learning technologies, systems and platforms to enhance learning. \u00a0
\n\tBuild strategic partnerships with academics, experts and other learning providers to deliver the best learning solutions for the client departments.
\n\tEvaluate the quality and impact of programmes.
\n\tCompile integrated reports and provide recommendations for continual improvement of learning solutions.
\n\tEstablish, maintain and promote working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tContribute towards building a culture of continuous learning.\u00a0
\n\tServe as a learning facilitator\/integrator during learning interventions.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:<\/p>\n
\tan Honours degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Development or an equivalent (NQF 8) qualification;\u00a0
\n\t8\u221210 years of learning and development consulting and\/or instructional design and\/or facilitation experience in academia or corporate learning; and<\/p>\n
Additional requirements include<\/p>\n
\ta thorough understanding of corporate learning;\u00a0
\n\tunderstanding of learning and quality assurance policies;
\n\thuman capital development and continuous learning;
\n\tability to design and curate learning content to address needs of client departments;
\n\tstrong learning integration and facilitation skills;\u00a0
\n\tability to use blended approach of learning methodologies through emerging instructional methods and technologies;
\n\tstakeholder relations; and
\n\tcommunication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
