\tRelationship Manager \u2013 Wealth (Pretoria)
\n\tThis role will report to the Regional Manager of the Inland area and will act as a support to the Business Consultants who focus on the Wealth sector. As a Partnerships consultant, you will have a focus on servicing our Partners to an exceptionally high standard.<\/p>\n

\tWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented support specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Distribution Team. This role will play an integral part in streamlining our ability to service clients whilst the Business Consultants focus on driving revenue and achieving targets. Your contribution will help to foster strong relationships with partners and enhance the overall efficiency of the sales team.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Operations:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Business Consultants with Partner queries relating to processes or the status of their clients\u2019 transactions
\n\tAssist with the Partner month end administration<\/p>\n
Keep CRM up to date by:<\/p>\n
\tUpdate notes accurately on interactions with Partners
\n\tMaintain and proactively update contact information
\n\tPerform ongoing remediations to ensure data integrity
\n\tLog meetings held with Partners and notes regarding what was discussed in the meetings
\n\tAssist with partner event planning and marketing material for BC meetings or events
\n\tBuild a comprehensive knowledge of FX sales, systems and processes \u00a0<\/p>\n
Management:<\/p>\n
\tRegularly visit our partners for training, process updates and relationship management
\n\tProactively set up meetings with partners as per the quarterly requirements.
\n\tAttend meetings with Business Consultants to build good relationships with key partners
\n\tMaintain a good working relationship with support teams across the business to ensure that the client is offered the best possible service
\n\tAssist with booking meetings with existing Partners where Business Consultants need to attend a meeting with the Partnerships Consultant.
\n\tTraining and follow-ups to ensure that all Partners are making use of all our value-added services and products.<\/p>\n

\n\tSupportive of change initiatives and able to adapt to new information or processes
\n\tBilingual in English and Afrikaans would be advantageous<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum qualification \u2013 Matric & degree
\n\tA relevant business qualification would be helpful
\n\tFAIS compliant qualification, or willing to work towards obtaining FAIS compliance
\n\tFluent in Afrikaans is a requirement<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tSales experience in the Wealth industry would be advantageous
\n\tAn understanding of the Wealth and Asset Management industry would be advantageous
\n\tEntrepreneurial experience would be advantageous<\/p>\n
