\tMobilise and recruit adolescent boys and young men into programme activities.
\n\tFacilitate group sessions, workshops, and community dialogues.
\n\tConduct outreach, awareness, and behaviour change activities within communities.
\n\tProvide referrals and follow-up support for health and social services.
\n\tMaintain accurate records and submit activity reports.
\n\tPromote positive health-seeking behaviour and gender equality.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Required qualifications, skills and experience<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent qualification.
\n\tExperience working with young people and communities will be an advantage.
\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tPassion for community development and youth empowerment.
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours and travel within communities.
\n\tFluent in English and one additional South African language relevant to the programme area.<\/p>\n
