Web & Digital Performance Analytics<\/p>\n
\tOwn the implementation, maintenance, and governance of web analytics tools across all digital platforms.
\n\tMonitor website and digital platform performance, including traffic, journeys, funnels, and conversion metrics.
\n\tProvide regular and ad hoc performance reports with clear business insights.
\n\tTrack and analyse digital KPIs including sessions, users, engagement rate, bounce rate, conversions, and digital revenue.<\/p>\n
User Behaviour & Journey Analysis<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse user journeys to identify drop-off points, friction areas, and optimisation opportunities.
\n\tPerform cohort, segmentation, and path analysis to understand customer behaviour.
\n\tSupport UX and product teams with behavioural insights to improve usability and experience.<\/p>\n
Data-Driven Optimisation<\/p>\n
\tSupport A\/B and multivariate testing initiatives to improve conversion and engagement.
\n\tMeasure the impact of marketing campaigns, content, and product changes.
\n\tProvide recommendations to improve acquisition funnels, onboarding, and conversion performance.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Tagging, Tracking & Data Integrity<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with technology teams to define and manage tagging frameworks.
\n\tEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all tracking solutions.
\n\tPerform routine data audits and quality checks.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Stakeholder Reporting & Enablement<\/p>\n
\tTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
\n\tPresent insights and performance trends to marketing, product, and leadership teams.
\n\tAct as a trusted digital measurement advisor to the business.
\n\tRelationship management with enterprise providers.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDegree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
\n\tGoogle Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics certification advantageous.
\n\tTraining in SQL, data visualisation, or statistical analysis advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a Web Analyst, Digital Analyst, or Data Analyst role.
\n\tProven experience working with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and google tag manager are essential.
\n\tExperience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A\/B testing.
\n\tUnderstanding of Google search engine optimisation or AEO is advantageous.
\n\tStrong experience working with website, mobile, and digital campaign data.
\n\tExperience working in agile or product-led environments.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in delivering insights that drive measurable business outcomes<\/p>\n
