Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
\tAnswering of Telephone calls, taking messages, sending emails to staff, and general reception duties (maintaining a neat and clean reception area).
\n\tConsumables and Stationery ordering in line with the budget provision.
\n\tAssist the Centre\/Operations Manager with monthly projections, monthly reporting and annual budget preparation.
\n\tFraxion Administration \u2013 capturing of orders and invoices, track and follow up with approvers.
\n\tDocumentation management \u2013 ensure that all documents are filled on a central electronic drive i.e Sharedrive, RIMS etc.
\n\tEnsure Tenant and Contractor databases are up to date i.e Fraxion.
\n\tWrite housekeeping letters and reports.
\n\tFilter and relay walk-in tenant and contractor queries on range of issues including but not limited to housekeeping
\n\tDelivering of memos and assisting staff members with various administration tasks<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nEducation<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \u2013 pre-requisite
\n\tPost Matric qualification will be advantageous.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years of experience in a documentation and secretarial environment or similar.
\n\tPreferably in a property environment<\/p>\n
