Job Description<\/p>\n
\tA well-established accounting and auditing firm is looking for an experienced Monthly Accounts Clerk \/ Bookkeeper with strong bookkeeping and financial processing skills to manage multiple client accounts up to trial balance and support monthly reporting and compliance functions.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage and maintain multiple client bookkeeping records up to trial balance
\n\tPrepare monthly management accounts
\n\tProcess and submit VAT and EMP calculations and returns
\n\tPerform ETI calculations and submissions
\n\tConduct bank processing and reconciliations
\n\tReconcile debtors and creditors accounts
\n\tAssist with handling client financial records and reporting
\n\tSupport junior clerks where required
\n\tEnsure accurate and timely financial data processing and reporting<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
\n\tKnowledge of Microsoft Office
\n\tExperience with Sage and\/or Xero advantageous
\n\tExperience with E-Filing and EasyFile advantageous
\n\tStrong understanding of bank reconciliations and financial processing
\n\tAbility to work up to trial balance
\n\tKnowledge of VAT, EMP, and ETI submissions advantageous
\n\tStrong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage multiple clients
\n\tProfessional, organised, and trustworthy approach<\/p>\n
