DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tThe Chicken Prepper is responsible for preparing, marinating, and breading chicken according to standards and procedures. This role ensures that all chicken products meet quality, hygiene, and food safety requirements while supporting smooth kitchen operations.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPrepare, clean, cut, and portion chicken according to specifications.
\n\tMarinate, season, and bread chicken following recipe and procedures.
\n\tMaintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety when handling raw chicken.
\n\tCheck chicken for freshness and quality before preparation.
\n\tRotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
\n\tStore raw chicken safely at correct temperatures.
\n\tKeep prep area, tools, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
\n\tSupport kitchen operations by assisting cooks and other team members during busy periods.
\n\tFollow operational standards, policies, and health and safety regulations.
\n\tReport stock shortages, equipment issues, or food safety concerns to the supervisor\/manager.<\/p>\n
Desired Experience & Qualification<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in food preparation or kitchen work (advantageous).
\n\tAbility to follow recipes and standard operating procedures consistently.
\n\tStrong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
\n\tGood teamwork and communication skills.
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tWillingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
