Responsibilities:
\nTalent Sourcing & Market Intelligence<\/p>\n
\tProactively source high-calibre candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, PNet, referrals, and targeted headhunting
\n\tConduct market mapping within renewable energy and sustainability verticals
\n\tBuild and maintain a high-quality, niche talent pipeline aligned to client mandates<\/p>\n
Candidate Management<\/p>\n
\tConduct structured screening interviews assessing technical capability, commercial acumen, and cultural fit
\n\tPresent professionally formatted, high-quality candidate profiles to clients
\n\tManage candidate engagement from initial outreach through to successful placement<\/p>\n
Client Delivery & Relationship Management<\/p>\n
\tGain a deep understanding of client mandates, technical requirements, and business objectives
\n\tDeliver accurate, timely shortlists aligned to agreed service levels
\n\tProvide market insights and maintain long-term, value-driven client relationships<\/p>\n
Process, Reporting & Performance<\/p>\n
\tManage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
\n\tMaintain accurate ATS records and structured reporting pipelines
\n\tOversee placement administration and consistently meet or exceed revenue and KPI targets
