\tA leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking an experienced and hands-on Stores Packaging Supervisor to join our operations team.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day packaging stores operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, compliance with food safety standards, efficient dispatching of packaging materials, and effective team management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)
\n\tDiploma\/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field advantageous
\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in inventory\/stores management within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
\n\tStrong knowledge of FSSC 22000, GMP and food safety practices
\n\tExperience working on ERP\/WMS inventory systems
\n\tGood understanding of FIFO and FEFO stock control principles
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage the receipt, storage and dispatch of packaging materials
\n\tMaintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and reconciliations
\n\tEnsure compliance with FSSC 22000, GMP, health & safety and housekeeping standards
\n\tSupervise and manage stores staff, performance and training
\n\tEnsure accurate document control and audit readiness
\n\tInvestigate and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues
\n\tCoordinate effectively with production, quality and other departments
\n\tMonitor packaging movements and ERP transactions accurately<\/p>\n

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates With<\/p>\n
\tFMCG food manufacturing experience
\n\tPackaging stores\/inventory experience
\n\tExposure to audits and food safety systems
\n\tSAP, Syspro or WMS experience<\/p>\n
