THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tYou will be responsible for designing enterprise infrastructure solutions, supporting sales engagements, and ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes through scalable and future-ready architectures.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales<\/p>\n
\tLeading end-to-end pre-sales solution design activities
\n\tCollaborating with sales, pre-sales, and project teams to develop cohesive solutions
\n\tTranslating customer business challenges into technical architectures and solution strategies
\n\tDesigning multi-vendor enterprise solutions across networking, security, cloud, and observability environments<\/p>\n
Customer Engagement & Advisory<\/p>\n
\tConducting customer assessments to define technical and business requirements
\n\tActing as the subject matter expert during customer engagements and solution discussions
\n\tPresenting technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
\n\tSupporting proof-of-concept engagements and validating architectural assumptions<\/p>\n
Proposal Development & Commercial Support<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping high-quality technical proposals and solution documentation
\n\tProducing accurate bills of materials and supporting pricing activities
\n\tAssisting with RFP and RFI responses
\n\tEnsuring technical and commercial alignment across solution designs<\/p>\n
Customer Success & Growth<\/p>\n
\tSupporting post-implementation optimisation and customer adoption
\n\tIdentifying opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion
\n\tDriving long-term customer retention and value realisation
\n\tAnalysing customer usage trends to improve solution adoption and outcomes<\/p>\n
Collaboration & Technical Leadership<\/p>\n
\tWorking closely with technical architects, OEM specialists, and internal teams
\n\tSupporting solution governance, scalability, and operational alignment
\n\tContributing to sales strategy and account development initiatives
\n\tStaying current with evolving technologies, vendors, and industry trends<\/p>\n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\nKey requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise networking infrastructure
\n\tStrong experience across:
\n\tLAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN
\n\tRouting and switching technologies
\n\tNetwork security and Zero Trust architectures
\n\tCloud networking environments
\n\tExperience working with multi-vendor solutions including:
\n\tCisco
\n\tFortinet
\n\tPalo Alto
\n\tJuniper
\n\tAruba
\n\tHuawei
\n\tStrong customer engagement and pre-sales consulting experience
\n\tProven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions<\/p>\n
Required certifications:<\/p>\n
\tCisco CCNP (essential)
\n\tAdditional certifications advantageous, including:
\n\tCisco SPLUNK
\n\tFortinet FCP
\n\tPalo Alto certifications
\n\tCustomer Success or Renewals certifications<\/p>\n
