Safeguarding and transportation of company assets<\/p>\n
\tSafeguard company assets according to SBV policies and procedures
\n\tCollect and delivering customer consignments as per SPO
\n\tApply observation skills and deploy tactically from the vehicle according to company procedures
\n\tAdhere to legislation and Company guidelines at all times
\n\tTake responsibility for the equipment used ensuring all procedures and safety standards are complied with
\n\tUndergo continuous training on new tactics<\/p>\n
Proper utilisation of equipment \/ Items issued<\/p>\n
\tInspect all equipment allocated, to ensure they are in good working order and availability
\n\tEscalate defective equipment immediately to the team leader on the vehicle
\n\tTake proper care and safeguard equipment \u2013 neatness, correct usage and safekeeping
\n\tProper utilisation of equipment provided including personal protective equipment such as bullet proof jackets
\n\tAdhere to company policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Effective Teamwork<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrate respect and support for team members at all times
\n\tWork closely with one another, cover and protect each other in the course of all duties
\n\tSupport the team leader in adhering to the standard operating procedures, informing them of any deviations from the procedures<\/p>\n
Customer Service<\/p>\n
\tProvide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
\n\tDevelop working relationships with various bank personnel, as well as vendors while demonstrating a strong work ethic and high integrity
\n\tDisplay professional behaviour and appearance (Neatness of uniforms, clean shaven, wearing of bullet proofs)<\/p>\n
Record keeping and administration<\/p>\n
\tMaintain records as per company procedure
\n\tReact within the correct security measures in threatening circumstances
\n\tInitiate the information-gathering process as quickly and thoroughly as is feasible
\n\tContact the applicable SBV representative (e.g. Fleet Controller, CPO or Manager), traffic department and police immediately as per company policy and procedure
\n\tMaintain Logistics Re-loaded schedules
\n\tMonitor and maintain radio communication with SBV Control Room on a regular basis as per company policy and procedure
\n\tRecord keeping of all papers and ensuring that all documentation conforms to the highest standards and signed by clients at all time
\n\tMaintain, update and complete all necessary documentation in terms of Company procedures
\n\tAdhere to standard Company Policy and procedures, standard operating procedures, relating to drivers such as but not limited to the following:

\n\tCIT POL -006 \u2013 Fleet Fuel Card policy
\n\tCIT POL \u2013 002 \u2013Motor Vehicle Safety policy

\n\tCIT PRO -029 \u2013 Pre & Post Trip Inspection procedure
\n\tCIT PRO -061 \u2013 Retail Drop vault procedure

\n\tSubscribe and align to SBV Services’ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring the department\u2019s processes and quality management system is at all times in compliance with the standard.
\n\tSupport SBVs ESG journey, reporting on and managing the ESG requirements to ensure a positive reflection and outcome.<\/p>\n
Drive the organisation culture<\/p>\n
\tDrive the department\u2019s values while inspiring confidence and generating excitement, enthusiasm and commitment towards the mission.<\/p>\n
Lead as an Ambassador and executor of Change<\/p>\n
\tAct as a change management architect in periods of change to ensure business continuity.
\n\tManage the integration of business units into a seamless end to end solution for customers.
\n\tEffectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur, addressing or escalating matters\/ concerns to the SME\u2019s (subject matter experts) when required.
\n\tFacilitate the necessary presentations, workshops, or forums to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across one\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12
\n\tSuccessful completion of CITPO training
\n\tPSIRA Grade C
\n\tFirearm Competency (Handgun & Rifle)
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence Code 10 with PDP<\/p>\n
