\tEffective and efficient management of own cost centre and crews to support TV production in accordance with customer requirements and broadcast standards. Plan, coordinate and administer skills\/ resources required for TVOB productions.<\/p>\n
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tDraft, communicate and implement SOP\u2019s in close liaison with department head
\n\tRevenue generation initiatives
\n\tCompliance with Transfer Pricing Structure in determining tariffs
\n\tAccurate calculation and submission of Capex inputs into budget
\n\tOngoing control of operational expenses e.g. overtime, transport, freelance to be within approved budget
\n\tProper investigation & acceptable explanation of budget variances on monthly basis
\n\tCompliance with performance management policies and procedures
\n\tFinance & Planning
\n\tOn-time completion of budget as per required format & guidelines
\n\tAccurate calculation and submission of Capex inputs into budget
\n\tSupervise Individual & Team Performance<\/p>\n
BUSINESS OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY<\/p>\n
\tEffective planning, scheduling and coordinating of resources to ensure competent service delivery
\n\tAppropriate design completed on time to match nature of production
\n\tQuality compliance in accordance with electrical best practice

\tNQF 6 (level 6) National Diploma in Electrical Engineering\/ Diploma in arts and technology\/ Stage lighting or equivalent qualification<\/p>\n
\u00a0EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tAt least 5 years continuous service of relevant post- electrical\/Millwright qualification or Broadcast Lighting and design experience. 3 years should be on team leader\/crew leader level.
\n\tElectrical trade test together with wireman\u2019s license or equivalent
\n\tExposure in project management, and proficient in computer skills
\n\tTechnical\/ Operational Administration, e.g. report writing<\/p>\n

\tKnowledge and understanding of HR Policy\/Procedures
\n\tRigging, assembling, setting up, and installing electrical & TV lighting resources and equipment to ensure effective \/ efficient broadcast support
\n\tAd Hoc repairing and maintaining of electrical cabling and distribution equipment
\n\tAd Hoc repairing and maintenance of lighting equipment<\/p>\n
