RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate all administrative functions related to Birthday Thrills, Banqueting and events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
\n\tManage event bookings from initial enquiry through to execution, including amendments and finalization
\n\tCommunicate proactively with clients, group organizers, and internal departments regarding event requirements
\n\tConduct site inspections and assist with client queries and feedback
\n\tEnsure all event details are accurately captured and distributed to relevant department
\n\tMaintain high levels of customer service throughout the booking and event process
\n\tIdentify and maximize sales opportunities in line with company policies and standards
\n\tFacilitate effective interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless event delivery
\n\tMonitor and follow up on payments, quotations, and confirmations
\n\tWork independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional event experiences<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (NQF 4)
\n\tnumeracy skills
\n\tverbal and written English skills
\n\tproficient skills in MS Office
\n\tat least one year\u2019s experience in a similar position.<\/p>\n
