The CC sales team must meet or exceed all sales targets (minimum 60 applications a month and minimum 37 sales monthly).<br \/>\n\tTeam Sales target setting and achievement : Communicate and lead set \u00a0daily, weekly and monthly applications and sales target to the CC sales team and achieve set outcomes through effective team leadership.<br \/>\n\tProcess Execution: Manage and execute all Operations, Marketing, and Sales work procedures. This includes achieving Lumkani sales, operations, and marketing goals.<br \/>\n\tDaily Management: Monitor productivity and drive KPIs on a daily basis in collaboration with line manager<br \/>\n\tCapacity &amp; Reporting: Responsible for People\/Capacity\/Daily reporting management<\/p>\n<p>Required Knowledge and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t2 years of relevant administrative experience<br \/>\n\tIndustry exposure: Financial services\/ Fintech<br \/>\n\tComputer literacy; MS Office\/Google Workspace (Excel\/Word); Numerically confident<br \/>\n\tExperience with CRM systems and planning tools (Trello\/Asana)<br \/>\n\tStrong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills<br \/>\n\tVery good attention to detail<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure and adapt to change<\/p>\n<p>Team Leadership:<\/p>\n<p>\tSupervision: Supervise, manage, and lead call centre sales team<br \/>\n\tPerformance Management :Conduct weekly coaching session with individual CC sales team members<br \/>\n\tQuality Management: Plan and conduct teams daily and weekly calls quality assessments and take corrective action through couching, training<br \/>\n\tTeam Development: Focus on attendance, sales numbers, and customer relationships within the team<\/p>\n<p>Training and Upskilling:<\/p>\n<p>\tTeam and Agents Development :In coordination with the training department , analyse and assess training needs then upskill agents, such as training them on &#8220;rejection comebacks&#8221; using scripts and vernacular to re-engage clients and bring them back into the sales flow.<br \/>\n\tProcess Ownership: Implement process development information, CC KPI tracker , Sales Scorecard and Sales daily calls assessments \u00a0from \u00a0Operations manager\/ HOS, ensure its execution and escalate any deviations<br \/>\n\tNew CC Sales Agent onboarding :Coordinate and resources with the Learning and development specialist and report any deviations to the HR Manager and Sales Management team.<\/p>\n<p>Educational Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric<br \/>\n\tDiploma or higher education in Sales \/Business \u00a0Management or any relevant Qualification.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline:12th May,2026<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.hollard.co.za ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Hollard Insurance","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.hollard.co.za","_company_tagline":"All right, all right - let\u2019s cut to the formalities.
