Key Purpose<\/p>\n
\tAnalytics and reporting play a critical role in measuring usage and engagement across our digital platform. The role will be responsible for building a set of frameworks and reporting for Distribution, allowing for meticulous management of the sales pipeline and digital engagement.<\/p>\n
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tUsing statistical methods and tools to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights
\n\tGather data from various sources, such as databases, surveys, and external datasets
\n\tEnsuring the data integrity
\n\tSolving Ad-hoc , analytical problems
\n\tAnalysing a broad range of datasets to interpret and derive insights, leading to great customer understanding
\n\tPresenting and sharing data driven insights in a meaningful way, to inform strategy
\n\tMapping data linage
\n\tCompiling reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
\n\tWorking with other departments to understand their data needs and provide insights that support their goals
\n\tGuide business stakeholders in what data to extract
\n\tAccessing multiple data bases across various companies to provide the relevant data
\n\tDeveloping and implementing a framework that tracks key metrics related to the onboarding journey through Adviser 360, including completion rates, time to completion, and drop off rates.\u00a0
\n\tBuild a range of automated dashboards, providing valuable insights into lead conversion rates per initiative, lead to sale conversion, quote to sale conversion, time to complete onboarding, pipeline measurement, conversion per adviser, and report at various levels within Sales and Distribution.
\n\tCompare usage between support roles and adviser roles, and provide measurement of all features in Adviser 360, sharing trends and insights.
\n\tDetermining how to improve existing business processes
\n\tManage and assist staff<\/p>\n

\tMatric (Essential)
\n\tBachelor\u2019s or (preferable) Honours degree in actuarial science and\/or Mathematical Statistics\/ Computer Science or strong mathematical\/economics candidate (Essential)
\n\tHigh level of computer literacy (advanced MS-Excel and SQL)<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 4-5 Years experience in any of the fields specified under essential qualification.<\/p>\n
