Qualification & Experience Requirement<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Qualification: Grade 12\/ NQF Level 4\u00a0
\n\tPreferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate\u00a0in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
\n\t1\u20133 years of experience\u00a0in customer\u2011facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services<\/p>\n
