\tSystems & Reporting – Formulating system strategies aligned to the business strategy\u00a0
\n\tBusiness process modelling and re-engineering.\u00a0
\n\tManaging and championing operational project implementations technical systems support to the merchandise teams and act as a liaison to IT.\u00a0
\n\tFacilitate system testing, implementation and change management.\u00a0
\n\tSupply Chain – Logistics
\n\tManagement of RFO\u2019s external Logistics provider (PMD)
\n\tRelationships developed with PMD\u2019s Operations team
\n\tMonitoring and reporting back on SLA\u2019s
\n\tManaging data integrity anomalies
\n\tPeople Management\u00a0
\n\tBuilding constructive and mutually beneficial relationships with Operations, Merchandise Teams and Dc.
\n\tConducting business analysis Merchandise reporting & analytics for processes and systems\u00a0
\n\tIncluding Managing Plan rollups across the departments.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nQualification & Experience<\/p>\n
\tA relevant tertiary qualification
\n\t5+ years\u2019 proven merchandise distribution and planning experience
\n\tA high degree of numeracy and an analytical. detailed and strategic approach to work
\n\tA high degree of decision-making ability
\n\tService orientated and self-motivated
\n\tAbility to work effectively in a team environment
\n\tProduct knowledge will be advantageous<\/p>\n
