Our law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary specialising in property transfers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full transfer process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements, and providing support to attorneys and clients throughout the property transfer process.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric with relevant qualification
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience as a Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers)
\n\tStrong knowledge of the property transfer process and relevant legislation
\n\tExcellent organisational and communication skills
\n\tAttention to detail and ability to work under pressure
\n\tProficient in conveyancing software and MS Office<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tHandle the full process of property transfers from instruction to registration
\n\tDraft and prepare transfer documents and correspondence
\n\tLiaise with clients, estate agents, banks, and the Deeds Office
\n\tEnsure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
\n\tManage and update files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
\n\tAttend to queries and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
\n\tAssist with FICA compliance and verification
\n\tAbility to work independently<\/p>\n
