\tAssessing sponsorship requests, verifying compliance with regulations, and conducting in-depth background checks on applicants. This includes maintaining communication with applicants and ensuring alignment with the bank\u2019s standards.<\/p>\n
Reporting and Proposal Development:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPreparing detailed reports, proposals, and submission packs for committee reviews, along with ensuring compliance with necessary documentation and preparing recommendations for sponsorship approval.<\/p>\n
Implementation and Communication:<\/p>\n
\tManaging communication between the Shariah Board, Marketing Department, and applicants, ensuring clear communication of sponsorship decisions, organizing events, and overseeing media coverage for sponsorships.<\/p>\n
Project Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManaging sponsorship budgets, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring event execution, and processing payments for sponsorship projects.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Meetings and Collaboration:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPreparing documentation for meetings, attending and supporting various internal and external meetings, and following up on committee decisions.<\/p>\n
Audit and Compliance:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring compliance with audits, collaborating with the Shariah Audit team, and conducting sponsorship audits.<\/p>\n
Supplier and BEE Project Management:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManaging BEE certification for suppliers, overseeing legacy projects, and supporting community-based initiatives.<\/p>\n
Loyalty Program Development and Strategy:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tConducting market research for loyalty programs, assessing effectiveness, and using data insights for program improvement.<\/p>\n
Giving For Hope:<\/p>\n
\tManaging the charity loan program for businesses, ensuring compliance, tracking payments, and coordinating legal actions when necessary.
\n\tPrepare and submit detailed monthly Executive Committee (Exco) reports.
\n\tFacilitate the capturing of loan payments and coordinate the handover of late payment details to attorneys for further action.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tA diploma in Public Relations will be advantageous
\n\tFinancial background will be advantageous<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience is required in the area of Corporate Social Investment<\/p>\n
