ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/p>\n
\tThis role is a permanent full-time position.
\n\tAs a Specialist Technology Service Management, you will be responsible for leading the category of energy-effecting commercial agreements that optimise the utilisation and cost across the portfolio at the African operations and support operational safety, cost and committed environmental targets.<\/p>\n
Other key responsibilities include, but aren\u2019t limited to:<\/p>\n
\tProviding advice and recommendations, based on expertise and experience, to address client needs;
\n\tEnsuring methods and tools are adopted and used effectively throughout the organization;
\n\tAgreeing targets for service levels and assessing, monitoring, and managing the delivery of services against the targets;
\n\tProviding a source of consistent information about available services and products to customers and users;
\n\tEnsuring that services deliver agreed levels of availability to meet the current and future needs of the business;
\n\tAssessing risks associated with proposed changes and ensuring changes to products, services or systems are controlled and coordinated;
\n\tDefining and operating a framework for making decisions, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying legitimate authority;
\n\tPlanning and implementing organisation-wide processes and procedures for the management of risk to the success or integrity of the enterprise;
\n\tDefining and operating a management framework of processes and working practices to deliver the organisation\u2019s quality objectives.<\/p>\n
ABOUT YOU:<\/p>\n
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years of ServiceNow Hands-On experience in working in platforms on a global scale;
\n\tStrong experience of working alongside vendors;
\n\tSound knowledge of contract and vendor management processes and practices;
\n\tAbility to apply in-depth knowledge, skills and judgement by assessing and translating information technology into responsive and effective planning solutions;
\n\tWorking knowledge of service delivery models, and working with external service providers;
\n\tExperience with working alongside architects understanding architecture patterns, security assessments, access management for platforms.<\/p>\n
Qualifications for this role are: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Serious contenders will have a Degree\/Diploma in Information Technology;
\n\t\u00a0Grade 12.<\/p>\n
