Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify, target, and acquire new business accounts within the hospitality and catering sectors to build a robust sales pipeline.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and nurture existing customer accounts by understanding their needs and delivering tailored product solutions.<br \/>\n\tPromote new products, bulk deals, and special promotions that add value to our customers.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales and gross margin targets.<br \/>\n\tMaintain regular engagement through call cycles, balancing account management, new business development, and follow-ups to maximize opportunities within your territory.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tForge and sustain strong relationships with chefs, procurement managers, food &amp; beverage managers, and business owners.<br \/>\n\tConduct regular face-to-face meetings, site visits, and product presentations that demonstrate your commitment to their success.<br \/>\n\tOffer market insights, product recommendations, and menu solutions that keep our customers ahead of trends.<br \/>\n\tResolve customer complaints swiftly, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Sales Performance &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitor and analyze sales performance daily, monthly, and year-to-date, taking initiative to enhance results.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and present comprehensive sales reports covering territory performance, customer trends, and competitor activity in meetings.<br \/>\n\tMeet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, margin, new accounts, and customer retention.<\/p>\n<p>Product Knowledge &amp; Market Insights<\/p>\n<p>\tStay informed on the latest food and beverage industry trends, pricing, competitor activity, and market demands.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely order fulfilment.<br \/>\n\tConduct engaging product demonstrations and tastings that showcase the quality of our offerings.<\/p>\n<p>Order Management &amp; Logistics Coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitor stock levels and advise customers on product availability, substitutions, and special orders.<br \/>\n\tAssist in managing customer credit terms, ensuring timely payment collections.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Essential:<\/p>\n<p>\tSenior Certificate<\/p>\n<p>Desirable:<\/p>\n<p>\tDiploma\/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management<\/p>\n<p>Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Essential:<\/p>\n<p>\t3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the foodservice, hospitality, or catering industries.<br \/>\n\tProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br \/>\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.<\/p>\n<p>Desirable:<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience in distributing food, beverage &amp;
