The role supports talent management, workforce planning, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness through accurate reporting, analytics, and dashboarding aligned with business strategy and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (mandatory), Postgraduate qualification in analytics, HR, or data science (advantageous)<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
\n\tExperience working within an HR or people analytics environment (preferred)
\n\tProven experience in building dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
\n\tExposure to HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)<\/p>\n
