My client, an accounting firm, is looking for a Deceased Estate Administrator in Table View, Cape Town.
\n\tCandidates must already live within the surrounding areas of Table View (Cape Town).<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric & LLB
\n\tMin 2 years\u2019 experience in tax administration in deceased estates
\n\tStrong knowledge of applicable tax legislation and SARS processes (including eFiling)
\n\tExperience with ITR12 returns, CGT, and estate-related tax compliance
\n\tStrong administrative, organisational, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
\n\tAbility to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
\n\tGood communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the administration of deceased estates, including but not limited to, handling paperwork and liaising with beneficiaries.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure accurate record-keeping and documentation throughout the estate administration process.\u00a0
\n\tUtilize the SARS website proficiently, for tax-related tasks such as accessing relevant information and making SARS appointments.\u00a0
\n\tCommunicate effectively with stakeholders (including clients, beneficiaries, and relevant authorities).\u00a0
\n\tAssist in resolving any administrative issues or discrepancies that may arise during the estate administration process.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain accurate records of all financial transactions, correspondence, and legal documents related to estate administration.\u00a0
\n\tPrepare periodic reports for beneficiaries and other stakeholders as needed.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive estate information.\u00a0
\n\tProvide administrative support to other team members as needed.
