\tAn established company operating in the essential services and OHS compliance space (fire equipment, detection systems, sprinkler systems, first aid and training) is seeking a driven Sales Executive to focus on new business development.
\n\tThis role is suited to a candidate who already has an existing network and can actively generate and convert opportunities.<\/p>\n
What This Role Demands<\/p>\n
\tAbility to generate new business (not account management)
\n\tExisting client network \/ database
\n\tCold canvassing and pipeline development
\n\tStrong closing ability
\n\tRelationship-driven B2B selling<\/p>\n
\u00a0Minimum Requirements\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 1+ year B2B sales experience
\n\tExisting client base\/network (highly advantageous)
\n\tFluent in Afrikaans and English
\n\tOwn reliable transport
\n\tWilling to travel<\/p>\n
\u00a0Key Competencies<\/p>\n
\tNew business development & lead generation
\n\tStrong negotiation and closing ability
\n\tCommercial awareness (profit\/margin understanding)
\n\tStrong follow-up and pipeline management
\n\tSelf-managed, target-driven, and resilient<\/p>\n
Advantageous<\/p>\n
\tExperience in fire\/safety\/OHS environment
\n\tExposure to technical or compliance-based services
\n\tPastel \/ MS Office<\/p>\n
