Roles and responsilbilites:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the independent execution planning and implementation of (sub-)projects, including coordination with relevant stakeholders and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
\n\tIndependent design planning considering the requirements of the technical consultant or in direct consultation with the client.
\n\tCreation of proposal presentations and, if necessary, independent presentation of solutions to the client.
\n\tIndependent problem-solving and development of proposals based on this, including calculation and technical description.
\n\tTechnical leadership of (sub-)projects and guidance of involved employees.
\n\tIndependent preliminary static calculations to support planning.
\n\tCross-project collaboration with specialized departments\u00a0and subsidiaries to optimize project outcomes.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBtech degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or BENG, BScENG Degree in Engineering<\/p>\n
Skills\/Attributes and experience<\/p>\n
\tExcellent proficiency in MS Office and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or comparable software.
\n\tAnalytical thinking with a strong focus on problem-solving.
\n\tGood structural analysis skills
\n\tStrong work ethic, open and dependable
\n\tSelf-motivated individual who can work independently while aligning with team objectives
\n\tMinimum of 2 years formwork experience required<\/p>\n
