About the job Senior Intune Specialist<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Intune Specialist \/ System Administrator to lead the design, deployment, administration, and optimization of Microsoft endpoint management and enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD \/ Entra ID, Windows administration, device compliance, security policies, and modern workplace technologies.
\n\tThis role will be responsible for managing enterprise endpoint environments, ensuring security compliance, supporting end users, and driving automation and operational excellence across the IT infrastructure landscape.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management<\/p>\n
\tDesign, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune environments for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
\n\tConfigure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, conditional access, and security baselines.
\n\tManage Autopilot deployment profiles and zero-touch provisioning.
\n\tAdminister mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies.
\n\tMonitor device health, compliance, and remediation activities.
\n\tDeploy and manage applications using Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
\n\tTroubleshoot endpoint enrollment, policy deployment, and application deployment issues.<\/p>\n
System Administration<\/p>\n
\tAdminister and support Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure.
\n\tManage Azure AD \/ Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
\n\tSupport Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
\n\tMaintain patch management, software updates, and vulnerability remediation processes.
\n\tMonitor system performance, availability, and security across enterprise infrastructure.
\n\tPerform backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.<\/p>\n
Security & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tImplement endpoint security controls aligned with organizational policies.
\n\tSupport Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and related security tools.
\n\tEnsure compliance with corporate security standards and regulatory requirements.
\n\tParticipate in security audits, risk assessments, and incident response activities.<\/p>\n
Automation & Optimization<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
\n\tImprove operational efficiency through process automation and standardization.
\n\tCreate technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and digital workplace initiatives.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
\n\t7+ years of experience in system administration and endpoint management.
\n\tStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
\n\tExpertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD \/ Entra ID.
\n\tSolid understanding of Windows 10\/11 administration and security.
\n\tExperience with Autopilot, Conditional Access, BitLocker, and Defender for Endpoint.
\n\tStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
\n\tExperience managing hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
\n\tKnowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and identity management.<\/p>\n
Preferred Certifications<\/p>\n
\tMicrosoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
\n\tMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
\n\tMicrosoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
\n\tITIL Foundation Certification
\n\tSecurity-related certifications are advantageous<\/p>\n
