\n\tWe\u2019re looking for\u00a0Commercial Insurance Sales Hunters (B2B)\u00a0to join a\u00a0high-performing Tied Agent sales team. This is not a lead-fed role \u2014 you will\u00a0hunt, source, and convert your own new business\u00a0through cold calling, networking, and engaging decision-makers.
\n\tIn this\u00a0face-to-face, client-focused role, you\u2019ll build strong relationships with business and corporate clients, offering\u00a0tailored short-term insurance solutions\u00a0across commercial, fleet, and corporate portfolios.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualification Required<\/p>\n
\tNQF4\/Matric\/Standard 10
\n\tFAIS credits\/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Dofa)
\n\tFinancial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed
\n\tMust have your own reliable transportValid code B driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in the commercial insurance industry
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in face-to-face business
\n\tAbility to source, and convert our own new business leads<\/p>\n
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to<\/p>\n
\tTo deliver on business strategies and key deliverables
\n\tTo actively source and grow your portfolio of clients
\n\tTo provide world class service to your portfolio of clients, thereby ensuring a low lapse rate
\n\tTo screen new business and ensure that your portfolio does not pose a threat to Miway\u2019s risk pool<\/p>\n
