Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPerform routine and advanced veterinary diagnostic tests, including serology, molecular diagnostics, and bacteriology.
\n\tVerify, interpret, and troubleshoot diagnostic results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
\n\tReceive, register, and process samples in the LIMS, maintaining full traceability.
\n\tMaintain laboratory instruments, including cleaning, calibration, and servicing.
\n\tEnsure timely reporting of results, manage turnaround times, and implement corrective actions where needed.
\n\tAdhere to OHS, SANAS, and AssureCloud quality standards in all diagnostic processes.
\n\tManage stock and consumables to support uninterrupted testing.
\n\tCommunicate professionally with veterinarians, clients, and internal teams.
\n\tParticipate in ongoing training to maintain SAVC registration and diagnostic expertise.
\n\tSupport AssureCloud\u2019s values, ethics, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Degree in Veterinary Technology.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Experience:<\/p>\n
\t5 or more years of experience in a serology, molecular diagnostics, bacteriology or virology laboratory environment.
\n\tExperience as a SANAS Technical Signatory (required).
\n\tExperience with ISO 17025 accredited labs (required).<\/p>\n
