\tAs our Digital Designer, you\u2019ll turn concepts into compelling, on-brand assets across print, digital, and motion platforms. You\u2019ll work closely with our Senior Design Manager to ensure every creation aligns with our brand\u2019s visual identity while pushing creative boundaries.
\n\tYour work will be seen across campaigns, branches, events, and even on the move \u2014 making your mark on one of Africa\u2019s fastest-growing fintech brands. Please note that this role requires the incumbent to be based in Cape Town.<\/p>\n

\tCreate with Impact:\u00a0Design and deliver high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for print, web, social media, and more.
\n\tBring Brands to Life:\u00a0Apply your skills in typography, layout, and brand styling to produce assets that are instantly recognisable and impactful.
\n\tCollaborate & Innovate:\u00a0Work side-by-side with marketing, suppliers, and agencies to execute ideas that resonate.
\n\tOwn the Process:\u00a0Take projects from initial concept through to final delivery, incorporating feedback and meeting deadlines.
\n\tStay Ahead:\u00a0Keep up with trends, tools, and emerging technologies \u2014 including how AI can supercharge design work.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Bring<\/p>\n
\tDegree or certification in\u00a0design, video editing, animation, or visual arts
\n\t6+ years of professional design experience
\n\tA standout portfolio & showreel showcasing your range in static, animated, and video work
\n\tExpertise in\u00a0Adobe Creative Suite\u00a0and solid understanding of digital\/print production best practices
\n\tStrong eye for typography, composition, and brand application
\n\tDetail-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n\tBonus points for HTML5 animations and 3D skills (e.g., Blender)<\/p>\n
