Job Description<\/p>\n
The job incumbent will be responsible for the following within the GI & Respiratory team<\/p>\n
\tSelling, detailing and promoting products, in a designated area, to targeted private sector clients.
\n\tAssisting with the organizing and presentation of divisional activities, conferences, speakers, programs and other promotional events in the designated areas and\/or nationally.
\n\tThe implementation of action plans in accordance with the marketing\/sales strategy of the Company.
\n\tPersonally visiting and liaising with relevant targeted clients which are crucial to the performance of the Company, as agreed with the respective Regional Sales Manager\/National Sales Manager.
\n\tMaintaining a data-base of all targeted clients.
\n\tLiaising with the Regional Sales Manager\/National Sales Manager with respect to the effective exploitation of the various business opportunities in the designated areas with GI and Respiratory<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate must have:<\/p>\n
\tThorough understanding of the SA Pharmaceutical Industry and knowledge of health care related events.
\n\tAbility to solidify and expand business relationships.
\n\tAbility to convey messages and motivate certain audiences.
\n\tAble to efficiently manage budget and resources within the scope of the business model and expense policy guidelines.
\n\tDemonstrate the ability to sell products and achieve sales targets.
\n\tDemonstrate the ability to learn product\/disease entity information.
\n\tAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high energy organization.
\n\tUnderstanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles.
\n\tExcellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
\n\tComputer literacy with excellent excel skills and data analysis<\/p>\n
