REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 7 qualification in Finance\/ Auditing\/ Project Management\/ Public Administration\/ Business Administration\/ Human Resource Management\/Development or ODETDP.
\n\t5-7 years\u2019 experience in education and training in a cross-functional, integrated environment of which 5 years should be in leading people and project management.
\n\tA valid driver\u2019s license code EB and own a reliable
\n\tAble to travel extensively within two coastal provinces and other provinces when
\n\tComputer Skills (MS Office, with MS Excel advanced level).
\n\tAbility to build relationships and collaborate within own team and across
\n\tMust be able to work in a Hybrid work environment and be independent with minimal<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Regional Office Operational Management:<\/p>\n
\tThe incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the regional office, ensuring the effective implementation of organisational strategies, policies, and processes to achieve performance targets and service delivery objectives.<\/p>\n
Project Management:<\/p>\n
\tThe role includes leading, coordinating, and monitoring regional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining quality standards and alignment with organisational goals.<\/p>\n
Governance:<\/p>\n
\tThe Regional Manager will ensure compliance with all governance frameworks, audit requirements, policies, and regulatory requirements, promoting accountability, transparency, and ethical leadership across all regional operations.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Management:<\/p>\n
\tThe incumbent will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, partners, and community structures, to enhance collaboration and advance organizational objectives.<\/p>\n
Financial Management:<\/p>\n
\tThe role entails managing the regional budget effectively, ensuring prudent financial planning, monitoring, and reporting in line with organizational financial policies and procedures to achieve optimal resource utilization.<\/p>\n
People Management:<\/p>\n
\tThe Regional Manager will lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective talent management, capacity building, performance monitoring, and staff engagement initiatives.<\/p>\n
