\tMatric (Grade 12)\u00a0

\n\tFluent in English and Afrikaans\u00a0
\n\tProficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)\u00a0
\n\tExperience in\u00a0Finance\u00a0or Insurance Industry\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tPrevious\u00a0experience in debtors, accounts, or client service roles\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Client Relationship Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary operational\u00a0contact\u00a0for\u00a0allocated\u00a0clients.\u00a0
\n\tBuild and\u00a0maintain\u00a0strong, professional client relationships.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure consistent communication and follow up on outstanding matters.\u00a0
\n\tManage client service expectations and provide regular updates.\u00a0
\n\tEscalate service or risk concerns where necessary.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Debtors & Collections Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure monthly and annual debtor targets are achieved.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain and manage the debtor\u2019s book according to set parameters.\u00a0
\n\tFollow up on outstanding payments and resolve queries efficiently.\u00a0
\n\tSchedule and attend client meetings (Johannesburg and Pretoria) to\u00a0assist\u00a0with collections and resolve issues.\u00a0
\n\tWork closely with internal teams to speed up the collection process.\u00a0<\/p>\n
