\n\tTo oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, cost management, and delivering superior customer experiences.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/p>\n
\tControl expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
\n\tCreates solutions to meet customer demands
\n\tDeliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
\n\tManage risks in own area of responsibility
\n\tEnsure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
\n\tManage team delivery against goals in the area of responsibility
\n\tManage performance moderation, disciplinary action, recognition, and retention processes in line with HR policies and procedures
\n\tParticipate in Talent Management practices and processes in line with HR policies and procedures
\n\tImplement employment equity plan targets in all recruitment and employee movement activities
\n\tManage performance of employees by clearly defining goals and objectives and providing direction, coaching and regular feedback
\n\tEnsure skills are transferred in specific functions
\n\tEnsure conflict resolution and respond to any complaints or concerns
\n\tSet relevant stretch goals for team and motivate achievement
\n\tCollate, manage, and report on daily, weekly, monthly operational progress as aligned to strategic objectives
\n\tTrack, control, and influence activities within the team.
\n\tManage the core processes and ensure that the correct procedures are applied, and transactions \/ procedures are processed and followed by the team
\n\tAttending and presenting \u2013 OPSCO\/MANCO as well as different Operations forums<\/p>\n

\n\tProven experience in performance management

Qualifications & Experience <\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t5 – 8 years of experience in operations related role.
\n\tExposure to process improvement or operational projects is advantageous.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
\n\tUnderstanding of operational workflows and reporting.<\/p>\n
